Consulting

Your admissions are leaking. Know exactly where.

Most programs are not short of marketing. They are short of someone senior deciding what it should be doing. We have run acquisition for Acadia Healthcare, American Addiction Centers, Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, Caron Treatment Centers and Universal Health Services. Three ways to work with us, from a single diagnostic to running your marketing as your CMO.

Acquisition diagnostic Advisory Fractional CMO
The problem

Most programs can tell you what they spend. Far fewer can tell you which dollar produced which patient. Between the first search and the confirmed admission there are a dozen places a program loses people, and almost none of them show up in a monthly report. The gap is rarely budget. It is usually something nobody is measuring.

Three engagements

Most start with the diagnostic. Where you go after it depends on who is going to do the work.

  1. Acquisition diagnostic

A fixed scope review of where your admissions actually come from and where they are being lost. We work through your spend, your intake, your tracking and your reporting, then hand you a written account of what is producing admissions, what is not, and what it would take to change that. It ends with a document, not a retainer. Most engagements start here. Some end here.

  2. Advisory

Senior counsel for a program that already has people executing. We meet on a set cadence, work through your numbers, and decide what to do next and what to stop doing. Your team runs it. We tell you what is worth running. If you have a marketing lead or an agency and what is missing is judgment above them, this is the one.

  3. Fractional CMO

We run marketing as your CMO. Strategy, budget allocation, channel decisions, oversight of whatever vendors you already have, and accountability for the admissions number itself. Your program gets Aellē from week one, so attribution is live rather than something you buy later. A weekly working session, monthly reporting you can take to a board. Monthly term, no twelve month commitment.

The difference between advisory and fractional is who owns the number. In advisory we advise. As your CMO the number is ours.

What none of this is

None of these is an agency retainer. We do not run your ads, build your pages or write your content inside a consulting engagement. If you decide you want the work run as well as directed, that is a separate conversation with the agency, and we will tell you plainly when we think it is the right one.

Who it is for

Owners, CEOs and directors of operations at treatment centers and mental health programs. It fits if you already have a team or vendors and need direction rather than another vendor, if you are spending without seeing what it returns, or if your census moves and nobody can tell you why.
