What makes Aellē Digital different from other marketing agencies?

We are not an agency. We are the operating infrastructure your patient acquisition runs on. Every channel, every lead, every admission — connected through AellēX and attributed to the dollar that produced it. No other company in behavioral health does this. Most agencies report on clicks. We report on confirmed admissions.

What exactly is AellēX?

AellēX is our proprietary acquisition intelligence platform. It connects every channel — paid search, social, organic, referral — into one system with real-time attribution from the first search query to the confirmed admission. It also automates intake follow-up, scores leads by urgency, and generates the access-to-care documentation that powers grant applications.

Is your platform HIPAA compliant?

Yes. HIPAA compliance is a hard architectural constraint — not an afterthought. All patient data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never pass PHI to ad platforms. All attribution tracking uses server-side hashed conversion events. Business Associate Agreements are in place with every third-party provider that touches patient data.

Can you help us if we already have a marketing team or agency?

Yes — and this is common. Most programs we work with have existing marketing resources. We function as the infrastructure layer those resources operate on. Your team handles creative direction; we provide the attribution system, campaign architecture, and intake automation they need to know what's actually working.

What type of facilities do you specialize in?

We work exclusively in behavioral health — residential treatment, PHP, IOP, outpatient mental health, detox, sober living, dual diagnosis, and specialty programs. We do not work outside behavioral health. This focus is why our results are categorically different from generalist agencies.

How quickly can we start seeing results?

Paid search campaigns can generate qualified inquiries within the first 7–14 days of launch. Full attribution through AellēX typically requires 30 days to calibrate. Programs that have run AellēX for 90+ days see the most significant compounding — organic authority, AI citation, and grant documentation all build over time.

What does onboarding look like?

Week 1: AellēX setup, ad platform access, call tracking integration. Week 2: Campaign architecture built, landing pages live, intake automation configured. Week 3: Campaigns launch, attribution begins. Week 4: First attribution report — you know exactly which spend produced which inquiries. From there, optimization is continuous and data-driven.

Do you only run ads or is this more comprehensive?

Ads are one of five systems. We also build organic authority (SEO, AEO, GEO), automate intake follow-up, generate grant documentation, and provide revenue-based growth funding through Aellē Capital. Programs that run all five systems don't compete for admissions — they determine who gets them.

How do you track where leads come from?

AellēX connects every lead source to every admission outcome using multi-touch attribution. A patient who sees a Google ad, returns via organic search, and calls from a landing page — all three touchpoints are logged. Yes. AellēX automates the entire intake follow-up sequence. Within seconds of a form submission, an AI-powered SMS goes out. If no response in 15 minutes, a follow-up triggers. 1 hour — email. 24 hours — re-engagement sequence. Every attempt is logged and timestamped. What if we have multiple locations or want to expand?

AellēX is built for multi-location operations. Each location gets its own campaign architecture, attribution, and dashboard — with a cross-location roll-up for the parent organization. When deploying a new location, the system maps the competitive landscape, sets baseline benchmarks, and triggers new campaign infrastructure — infrastructure live on day one.

Is there a minimum commitment or contract?

We work with programs on a partnership basis — not a month-to-month vendor relationship. The infrastructure we build compounds over time; the programs that commit to building it consistently are the ones that dominate their markets. We are selective about who we work with, and we grow with the programs we build for.
